You Can Help Liberty Hall
Liberty Hall represents an important part of the history and development of the Community of Christ. The goal of the Historic Site is to preserve the home of Joseph III and to share his life story and work in the context of his family, the Lamoni community, and the Community of Christ. This important work is supported largely by the Community of Christ and Community of Christ Historic Sites Foundation and generous donors who contribute to our mission.
In order to continue telling the Joseph Smith III story and the early struggles, successes, and faith stories of our church, we hope we can count on you to make a donation to this important cause. By making a tax deductible donation to the Liberty Hall Historic Site, you'll be directly contributing to keeping our church's important historical heritage alive.
Liberty Hall has started a Friends contribution program. This program is operated by and exists under the Community of Christ Historic Sites Foundation. It is the first of its kind among those sites served by the Foundation. With an annual donation of $25, donors can become a Friend of Liberty Hall and receive the following:
- Decal identifying you as a Liberty Hall Donor
- Liberty Hall press releases of important news, events, and activities
- Listing on the Liberty Hall internet site as a Donor
- Notices of Liberty Hall events and activities
The Liberty Hall Historic Site depends on your assistance and generosity. Please pledge your support online at the Community of Christ Historic Sites Foundation site:
